Project management

We manage portfolios with projects of any size, ensuring rigor and efficiency. Using a proven methodology, we coordinate teamsschedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution and the achievement of defined objectives. We are committed to communicating transparently and appropriately with all stakeholders, both internal and external to our client.

Our PMP-certified project managers draw on many years of experience working with players in the media and entertainment industry.

The success of a project depends largely on the involvement of the teams involved. We propose and implement tailor-made support measures. We are involved from the project specification phase through to the rollout of new tools and methods, and continue to support teams after the transition. Our plans incorporate communicationtraining, and collective engagement to facilitate adoption, convey the sponsors’ vision, and reduce the risk of rejection or delays.

Consulting

Prior to the implementation of a project and based on the issues raised by the client and the objectives to be achieved, we carry out comprehensive assessments: usage mapping, requirements gathering and analysis, feasibility and market studies.

Our experts make specific recommendations on technical and operational choices, draft technical specifications, and identify the right partners for each component of the project. Our consulting role can also cover the optimization of technical procedures and workflows to improve operational efficiency or reduce costs.

Aski-da Synergies draws on 20 years of experience working with numerous clients. Our team brings together experienced project managers and experts from all areas of the audiovisual industry to prepare, implement, and support transformations.

We rely on the project methodology used by our clients and have the ability to adapt our methods and teams to suit your project.

Transforming production tools in a 24/7 news environment

As part of the overhaul of the production tools used by the France 24 rolling news channel, integrator Qvest entrusted Aski-da with managing the deployment of the PAM and supporting the channel’s editorial and technical teams.

With two decades of experience in implementing news workflows, Aski-da Synergies took charge of the overall management of the PAM component of the project and interactions with the publisher Avid. From specification workshops to production, including technical and functional acceptance testing of the system, our multidisciplinary team contributed to the completion of the project within the deadlines set by the channel.

To support the nearly 700 journalists and technicians involved in this transition, we designed and implemented a customized training plan for each profession and ensured a close presence with the France 24 teams during and after production.

Designing a multimedia studio

In 2025, the Bayard publishing group took advantage of its move to new premises in Malakoff to radically rethink its audiovisual production. Previously fragmented and uneven across departments, video and audio content creation practices were harmonized around a centralized multimedia studio, designed as a lever for digital transformation and editorial innovation.

Tasked with orchestrating this strategic project, Aski-da Synergies played a key role in advising and coordinating the many stakeholders involved. We took charge of the various stages, from gathering requirements to the final delivery of the studio.

Thanks to a rigorous methodology and a keen understanding of the human and organizational challenges, Aski-da enabled Bayard to move from a dispersed production model to a unified and efficient organization. The result: a compact, modular, and comprehensive studio, hailed by the teams as a symbol of modernization.

A new editorial tool for 4,000 employees

In partnership with publisher CGI, Aski-da Synergies assisted France Télévisions in implementing Open Media, its new editorial management tool.

This large-scale project aimed to deploy a unified solution covering all editorial departments: those at headquarters, regional offices, and overseas stations.

In a context of profound workflow transformation, one of the main challenges was to support and train teams: journalists, technicians, editors, and other network stakeholders.

Present from the specification phase onwards, the Aski-da Synergies team worked closely with the France Télévisions and CGI project teams to design and deploy a tailor-made plan, adapted to the specific needs of each user profile.

This ambitious project mobilized up to 30 experts simultaneously, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal adoption of the new environment.
